Are you bored of eating the same breakfast every single morning? Don’t have an inspiration for making a new recipes? That’s why we came up with a new artcle about easy but not classic and boring breakfast tips.

Banana oatmeal


  •  1 cup rolled oats
  •  2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  •  1 medium banana, mashed
  •  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  •  few pecans
  •  pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS: Mash the banana. Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and turn the heat on. Bring it to a boil and continually stir for around 3-5 minutes as the oatmeal cooks and thickens. Once oatmeal is at desired consistency, remove from heat and serve immediately.

Overnight Cacao oats with berries


  •  1 cup rolled oats
  •  3 tbs cocoa powder
  •  1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  •  1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  •  1 tbs honey
  •  1 ts chia seeds
  •  strawberries/ blackberries / banana

INSTRUCTIONS: Place all ingredients in a jar and mix. If you want it to be a masterpiece, you can play with it. Place the strawberries on the bottom, than add oats. Next layer can be made of some nuts ,than add another layer of oats etc. There’s no limitation of imagination. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. The next morning, add a few more tablespoons of almond milk. Then, slice up strawberries and mix into oats. Put in the fridge. Eat cold.

Apple cinnamon oat pancakes


  •  1 large apple
  •  1 cup oats
  •  1 teaspoon baking powder
  •  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  •  2 eggs
  •  1/2 cup coconut milk
  •  stevia
  •  2 tablespoons coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS First, heat a large pan to medium heat. Then, spray with coconut oil cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients and mix. Scoop batter onto pan. Let cook for about a minute per side! Decorate with apple sliced into very small pieces.

Galaxy porridge


  •  1 cup oats
  •  1 cup milk
  •  pinch of a cinnamon
  •  1 tsp chopped pistachio kernels
  •  1/2 cup berries
  •  stevia
  •  1tbs peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS: Place the oats in a bowl with the milk and cinnamon and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes than add a few stevia drops. Scatter with pistachios, peanut butter, edible stars or whatever you prefer and serve.

Pumpkin oatmeal with egg whites


  •  1/2 cup rolled oats
  •  1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  •  1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  •  2 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
  •  1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  •  1pinch salt
  •  1/3 cup liquid egg whites (or 3 large egg whites)
  •  15 pecan halves

INSTRUCTIONS: In a small pot, heat oats, almond milk, 1/4 cup water, pumpkin, syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick and oats are plump, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk egg whites in a bowl until slightly bubbly. Than add it into the pot with an oatmeal while stirring constantly so it stays fluffy. Keep cooking for next 2 or 3 minutes. Keep heat low so eggs don’t scramble. Top with chopped pecans and more pumpkin pie spice.
